: 6 to 8 weeks(ex works) from confirmation of order date. |

Production time |
: Time may wary-depending on quantity, design & make. Each product may have variable time frame depending man hours required. Ceramics: 4 to 6 weeks(aprox) Wood: 4 to 6 weeks(aprox) Glass: 4 to 6 weeks(aprox) Metal: 4 to 6 weeks(aprox) Shorter deliveries may be considered depending upon Order Qty.

Packing & Labelling :
Extra care for packing item in an individual polybag and then into suitable corrugated box. These boxes are then packed into an export worthy corrugated master carton with suitable labeling

Additional charge will be applicable for extra requirements, if needed. |
Replacement / Repair Policy: :
Non-insured goods being damaged in transit: We will look into the all the conditions involved and decide the matter with buyer. We would require the damaged stocks to be sent back to us for examination at Buyer’s cost. The goods may be repaired / replaced / issue of credit note as may be decided by the management.
OTHER TERMS :
• All bank charges induced (incl.T/T & L/C) out of INDIA will be on buyer's account.
• All offers are usually made in FOB, India any Indian port in US$ (US Dollars) as per the prevailing exchange rate and any fluctuations will be to buyer’s account.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
